Axial HR
After over two decades working as an HR leader across manufacturing, logistics, port operations, and retail sectors, our founder Uthiramoorthy Harikrishnan saw a gap that nobody was filling.
Large HR consulting firms were focused on enterprise clients. Individual freelancers lacked the depth for complex compliance work. And small businesses — restaurants, logistics companies, manufacturers with 10 to 50 employees — were left choosing between expensive and inexperienced.
In 2019, Axial HR Services LLP was born in Chennai — with a simple promise: senior HR expertise at a price that makes sense for growing businesses.
